At Finsbury Therapy Hub, we provide comprehensive Autism (ASC) and ADHD assessments in London, delivered through a specialist multidisciplinary team (MDT).
We work in clinical partnership with Clinic Autism London, offering gold-standard diagnostic assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.
All assessments follow National Health Service (NHS) and National Institute for Health and Care Excellence(NICE) guidelines and are suitable for schools, GPs, and EHCP processes.
Autism Assessment
We offer specialist Autism (ASC) assessments in London for children (2+), adolescents, and adults, delivered in line with NICE guidelines.
Our MDT-led assessments include standardised tools such as ADOS-2 and 3Di-5, alongside a detailed developmental history and multi-setting information, to ensure an accurate and clinically robust diagnosis of social communication, sensory, and behavioural profiles.
Assessments also consider overlapping presentations, including trauma and attachment-related differences, supporting clear differential diagnosis.
Reports are suitable for schools, GPs, and EHCP applications.
ADHD Assessment
We offer specialist ADHD assessments in London for children (6+), adolescents, and adults, in line with NICE guidelines.
Our MDT-led assessments include structured clinical interviews (DIVA-5), rating scales, and a full developmental review to ensure accurate diagnosis and understanding of attention, impulsivity, and executive functioning.
Where appropriate, assessments include psychiatric input and medication pathways.
